E-Statements

An E-Statement is an electronic version of your monthly paper statement accessible through Online Banking. The E-Statement has the same information as the statement you receive in the mail but it includes the option to print or save the statement as well as the check images.

How do I enroll for E-Statements?

Log in to Online Banking, click on 'Statements' located in the 'Accounts' box. You will be asked to accept the terms and conditions for the service to enroll.

How much is the E-Statement service?

There is no charge for this service, but you do have to enroll to receive the service.

Will I still receive a paper statement to my address?

If you have enrolled in E-Statements, you will no longer receive a paper statement.

How will I know when an E-Statement is ready to view?

You will receive an email notification when the E-Statement is available to view. If you are not receiving the email notifications, please contact Customer Care at 855-693-7422 or [email protected].

I have a joint account and we each login to Online Banking. Can both of us view the E-Statement?

Yes, joint account holders can view the same E-Statement under unique Login IDs.

How long are E-Statements available to view?

E-Statements are available to view, print, and save, for a year.

Why are no accounts listed when I go to E-Statement?

The account may be too new and the first statement cycle has not been completed. If you do not see an account after 30 days, please contact Customer Care at 855-693-7422 or [email protected].

How do I cancel E-Statement and begin receiving paper statements again?

To cancel E-Statements, please contact Customer Care at 855-693-7422.

How do I update my email address?

Under Services in Online Banking, click on Address Change to update a physical or email address. Select one or all of the accounts you would like to have updated with the new email address and remember to click Submit.
