24 – Hour Access Banking
The ACTION Service Line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in both English and Spanish. All you need to use the ACTION Service Line is a touchtone phone, your 6-digit Personal Identification Number and your account number(s). Remember, you can always talk directly with one of our associates during business hours.

Debit Cards
A MasterCard® Debit Card is provided at no charge when you open an account with Dalton Whitfield Bank. It may be used as an ATM card or a Point-of-Sale debit card with funds deducted from your checking account and shown on your monthly statement.

Dalton Whitfield Bank and Catoosa Community Bank provide notary service free of charge at all branch locations.

Traveler’s Checks
American Express Traveler’s Checks may be purchased for a nominal fee.

Wire Transfers
Both Domestic and International wire services are available for our customers.

Automatic Payments
Loan payments may be arranged for automatic transfer from your checking or savings account, avoiding late charges as payments are always made on time.
