Credit Cards
Issued in your company's name, a Dalton Whitfield Bank Business Visa® comes with free additional cards for your employees, each with a credit line determined by you. The total value of all cards issued cannot be more than the total available credit line. Enjoy the flexibility of making low monthly payments when cash flow requires. Subject to credit approval.

Merchant Card Services
If your business or professional practice routinely accepts credit or debit cards for payments, you could save some valuable time, improve your cash flow and possibly lower your costs by using our Merchant Card processing services. We invite you to compare our card services to your current arrangement.

Telephone Banking
The ACTION Service Line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in both English and Spanish. All you need to use the ACTION Service Line is a touchtone phone, your 6-digit Personal Identification Number and your account number(s). Remember, you can always talk directly with one of our associates during business hours.

Cashier Checks
These official bank checks are offered to our customers for a nominal fee.

Notary Service
Dalton Whitfield Bank and Catoosa Community Bank provide notary service free of charge at all branch locations.

Traveler’s Checks
American Express Traveler’s Checks may be purchased for a nominal fee.

Wire Transfers
Both Domestic and International wire services are available for our customers.

Automatic Payments
Loan payments may be arranged for automatic transfer from your commercial checking or savings account, avoiding late charges as payments are always made on time.

Interest on Lawyers Trust Accounts
Georgia state law requires attorneys to establish IOLTA accounts when client trust accounts meet certain criteria. The interest on these nominal and short-term deposits is paid to the state of Georgia and is used to subsidize legal services for the poor and a variety of legal programs. We take care of record keeping, reporting and remittance of interest to the Georgia State IOLTA Fund. In addition there is no minimum balance requirement and monthly statements will outline all activity in your IOLTA trust account.

Utility Payments
Make Dalton Utilities, North Georgia Electric Membership Corporation and Catoosa Utility District payments at any of our Dalton Whitfield Bank and Catoosa Community Bank branches. Payments will be accepted at any time prior to the due date on the statement.

Imaged Statements
Your account statement includes images of the front of your deposit tickets and canceled checks which provides for convenient storage of your financial records.
